Vincent Alfonso Lauricella was born October 10, 1937, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Alfonso and Annette Lauricella. Vince had three sisters: Josephine Incorvaia(Joe), Frances Travagliante (Joe), and Helen Harrison(Hugh). (Josie and Helen are deceased). Vince married the love of his life (Sharon) in 1966, and in 1968, they had a daughter, Sheryl Milasky. (Dave). Vince was an extremely proud Papa to David (25) and Carly (21) and to his favorite fuzzies: Lava, Sugar, Chip, Woody, Coco, and Peanut.
Vince was also a very proud Army veteran. He was drafted in 1960 into the Army. He attended boot camp at Fort Knox, Kentucky. He was then assigned to 18 months in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a supply clerk, and since he was a barber, he also cut hair. He even played on the Army baseball team. He was discharged in 1963 and then returned to Cleveland and opened Vince’s Barber Shop, where he continued cutting hair until June 30, 2018. He touched many people over the 68 years of barbering. He closed his shop to care for his wife, Sharon, as she battled emphysema. Sharon died on December 20, 2018.
Vince was a devoted Son, Husband, Father, Papa, Godfather, Brother-in-law, and Uncle. He was a devoted family man and a wonderful barber and friend to his many customers. He was an avid golfer and a talented Jitterbug dancer.
